Good morning

 8 The Lord shall judge the people: judge me, O Lord, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me. deliver.

Refreshing water in the morning!

And during the day...

Ideal: 2 cups of warm water as soon as I wake up.

Sometimes I have tea.

 Many marvel that the human race have so degenerated, physically, mentally, and morally. They do not understand that it is the violation of God’s constitution and laws, and the violation of the laws of health, that has produced this sad degeneracy. The transgression of God’s commandments has caused His prospering hand to be removed. {CD 61.3}

Intemperance in eating and in drinking, and the indulgence of base passions, have benumbed the fine sensibilities, so that sacred things have been placed upon a level with common things.

My exercise:

Walked and played basketball 

Add at least extra 15 - 20 minutes for stretching.

We are vegetarian/vegan - I don't cook with eggs and dairy products. But sometimes for different reasons occasionally we have it.
