Day 12

Friday.... Ah, Holy Sabbath is coming. Good Morning!



Refreshing water in the morning!
And during the day...
Ideal: 2 cups of warm water as soon as I wake up.



Hummm, do I need to be smart or wise to be healthy? 

Isn't it all good food? Looks good, smells good, should be good and make me feel good too, right?


Look what I found:


Only when we are intelligent in regard to the principles of healthful living can we be fully aroused to see the evils resulting from improper diet. CCh 236.3}




A large proportion of all the infirmities that afflict the human family are the results of their own wrong habits, because of their willing ignorance or of their disregard of the light which God has given in relation to the laws of their being. {Con 61.4}







How about we then study, guys!!!



Wow, so many interesting things God has left for us!





My exercise:




Breakfast:


Organic:
Carrot juice
Granola with: pumpkin seed, sunflower seed
Banana
Brazilian nuts














Lunch:

Organic:
Cabbage salad
Garbanzo beans
Brown rice
Organic jelly beans






We are vegetarian/vegan - I don't cook with eggs and dairy products. But sometimes for different reasons occasionally we have it.
