Day 29


Good morning






There be many that say, Who will shew us any good? Lord, lift thou up the light of thy countenance upon us.
Psalms 4:6


Refreshing water in the morning!
And during the day...
Ideal: 2 cups of warm water as soon as I wake up.
Sometimes I have tea.




Anything that lessens physical strength enfeebles the mind, and makes it less capable of discriminating between right and wrong. We become less capable of choosing the good, and have less strength of will 
to do that which we know to be right. {CD 48.3}

Lunch





We are vegetarian/vegan - I don't cook with eggs and dairy products. But sometimes for different reasons occasionally we have it.
